Some PCs are unstables, sometimes they block and we have to turn off and resert them. This is less and less frequent, but lots of people have losted information because of that. The Mac's ones rarely blocked.

Pc's are sold by lots of distributors, that makes the increase of the posibilities of personalitation, price, reparations, and update. While Macs are exclusive from Apple and this limit the posibility of been sold
Software
This is the most relevant characteristic that different this computers. No one is better than the other,the operating systems are used differently, but both are very easy to learn.
Desing
Macs have in the monitors everything that the need to work, the camera, the microphone, and the speakers, so you only have to connect the charger, because the mouse and the keyboard are wireless
